Medibara is a study product for nursing licensing exams, made by oddkite. You sign in with Google, then study lessons and answer questions. This page says what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your Google account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, your email address, and your profile picture. We do not receive your password, and we ask for no other Google data.
- Your study plan. We store the exam you chose, your exam date if you gave one, your daily goal, and your time zone.
- Your study activity. We store the rounds you start and finish, and the answer you give to each question.
- Exams you asked to hear about. If you joined the waitlist before the app opened, we still hold the exams you picked then.
- A session cookie. It keeps you signed in. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Basic request data. Our hosting provider records your IP address and browser type to keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To sign you in.
- To show the wards for your exam and to keep your place in them.
- To show your progress, counted from your own answers.
- To email you when new content comes out for your exam.
- To keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Google handles the sign-in step. Both act on our behalf.
Your choices
- You can change your exam, your exam date, and your daily goal in the app.
- Write to contact@oddkite.com to stop our emails.
- You can sign out at any time.
- Write to contact@oddkite.com to see or delete your data. We delete your account, your study plan, and your study activity on request.
Changes
The product will grow to include mock exams, an AI tutor, a paid plan, and possibly ads. We will update this page before any of those start, and the date above will change.
